If it is a low value postable item and you want to try before you buy in quantity, we can post you a sample (at our discretion). Likewise if say you are setting out with a scheme requiring a lot of Slim frames we can send a couple of short-listed colours for you to evaluate with the team. Unfortunately we cannot supply free samples of dearer items but we can supply chargeable samples.
No, there is no minimum order charge. If a customer is unsure whether a sign fixing system or POS holder will perform the display function required, we encourage you to buy one item first. You can also buy 'one off' of a number of styles to see which suits your application. There is a minimum delivery charge of £10 which also covers a small order handling fee. Even that can sometimes be reduced for low value items (below £20) if the gross weight is less than 1 kg (UK only). In this case we can send by post (at our discretion - please enquire).
Yes we do! We can process off-line credit/debit card sales as 'card not present' transactions. We can also accept payment by cheque or BACS but this may take longer to process. Feel free to call to check the exact total so delays in processing the order are avoided. Another popular way to order is by fax - either complete the order form printed in our catalogue (you can download and print a copy) or use your own purchase order form.
We do not supply initial orders on account (except for bona fide public sector customers who can supply an official purchase order). However for regular customers who apply and are approved we can offer credit account terms. For online purchasing at our e-commerce site www.sign-holders.co.uk card purchases are quick and secure whereas accounts require specific activation ahead of orders being accepted by the system.
Often we can! But you need to call us to check availability. Some items are held in stock ready to despatch while others are made to order. Our carrier offers a reliable next day delivery service to most parts of the UK (timed deliveries carry a surcharge). Please try to call before noon if you want something despatched the same day. For larger or more complex orders it may take us a few days to make and prepare your goods - especially in our high season (March, April and September are always tremendously busy for us).
Sorry no, currently we don't print POS, posters and banners. Many of our customers print their own material on their own desktop size printers. For larger format prints and banners there are many local and national companies offering this service. View this link if you are thinking of printing larger size POS in-house for yourself.

We have many solutions to suit different situations. For example, our Plastic poster frames take laminated prints without the need to trim back. If in doubt, give us a call!
When you buy snap frame poster holders they come pre-drilled for wall fixing and are supplied with screws and wall plugs. Other sign holders such as Slim Frames and Woodline frames can be fixed in many different ways and you need to select and order the correct clip or fixing for the project in hand. When plastic Slim Frames are sold with stands the frame has to be 'snapped' into the T-piece (provided as part of the stand). The frame can then be rotated within the T-piece to change from landscape to portrait display. However the frame should not be used with the poster entry slot within the T-piece (i.e. slot at the bottom) since it will not grip properly in this position.
